Indian feather worm is a tubular worm often buried in sand or lodged between two corals. It deploys a feather-shaped gill wreath to the outside, allowing it to breathe or catch food.
Divers approach is not easy, it tends to retract its gills if it feels a displacement of water.
Mammals have a horizontal tail.
Fishes have a vertical fin.
The whale shark is the largest fish in the world!
Some whales are larger, but they are mammals, not fish!
Turtles are in economy mode when they are sleeping. If they are woken during night, they may not have enough air to return to surface.
So, please be careful during night dives!
